Do you accept insurance?

Stacy Babbitt Therapy is considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies.  This arrangement allows us to provide quality services without the constraints that insurance companies sometimes impose on treatment.  A portion of your fee is often reimbursed through your insurance plan, provided that you have out-of-network coverage and have met your deductible. We will provide you with an invoice that contains all of the necessary information to easily apply for reimbursement from your health insurance provider.

what are your fees?

Fees for different services vary as they are tailored to meet your individual needs.  Please contact us for specific information about the fees for individual therapy, family therapy, and exposure sessions.

For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods including check, cash, and credit card.  Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, based on need.  Please contact us for further information.   

How often do we meet?

At the beginning of treatment, we will meet once a week for 45 minutes. This allows us to build a relationship and adequately address your goals. As you make progress towards your goals and prepare to leave treatment, we will reduce the frequency of sessions in order to sustain progress and practice skills outside of the office.

What happens between sessions?

Many clients will have practice homework between sessions in order to increase the effectiveness of treatment. The good news is, this isn’t school, so there are no grades! If a client is struggling to complete homework, that is information for us to explore together without judgement.  

How do I know if you are a good fit for me?

Science tells us that the single most important component of the therapeutic process is the relationship between therapist and client. For this reason, Stacy offers a complimentary 15 minute call, prior to scheduling, so that we can determine whether Stacy Babbitt Therapy is the best fit for your needs.

What are your hours?

Stacy currently sees clients on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
