Engaging and personable, Stacy Babbitt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides effective treatment for young adults, adults with anxiety, parents, and trauma survivors. Stacy prides herself on building a trusting relationship so clients are comfortable talking about their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
With expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), she uses evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are action oriented, short term, and effective. She explains scientific concepts in easily digestible bites so you understand WHY you are behaving in certain ways and are then able to change these patterns and live with confidence and purpose.
